The Watercut RX is the smallest machine on the market capable of working with 60 × 40 cm trays. It cuts fresh and frozen cakes, chocolate decorations and many other products.
The fifth generation of Watercut combines power and versatility to adapt to all types of production, from small pastry workshops to supermarkets and airlines.

Design. Program. Cut.
Create, modify and customise your own cutting programs with ease. The Watercut RX software includes a built-in library of images and shapes and allows you to import your own designs or use drawings available online, giving you the freedom to create virtually any shape or composition.
Adjustable pressure
Not all products require the same cutting pressure. The Watercut RX allows you to adjust the pressure from 1,500 to 3,500 bar, adapting to everything from very soft products, such as sponge cake, to harder frozen cakes.
Smart Vision
A camera system uses AI and 3D vision technology to automatically detect the exact position of the product on the tray.
No more manual positioning or alignment. Simply place the product on the tray and cut.

The 22″ touchscreen makes it easy to create and modify cutting programs. LED indicators clearly show the machine status throughout the cutting process.
Easy to maintain
Maintenance can be carried out from the front of the machine, while the integrated drain filter makes everyday cleaning simple.

With a footprint of just 150 × 70 cm, the Watercut RX fits even into pastry workshops where space is limited.
