The Watercut LZ gathers our experience in waterjet cutting machines design and manufacture. We have here an extremely simple machine ready to work at 2700 bar.

The Watercut LZ is our entry level machine .
The goal of this machine is bringing just what is required to be working with an easy and simple waterjet cutting machine in a pastry lab.
Designed from an evolution of the successful Watercut LX, focused on cutting fresh or frozen cakes. The jet is continuous, meaning that once we start a program, we don’t stop the water jet till the path is finished.
