The Watercut LZ is our entry level machine
The goal of this machine is bringing just what is required to be working with an easy and simple waterjet cutting machine in a pastry lab. Designed from an evolution of the successful Watercut LX, focused on cutting fresh or frozen cakes.
The jet is continuous, meaning that once we start a program, we don't stop the water jet till the path is finished.
