The Watercut RXN is also equipped with an UL-certified electrical cabinet. This model is exclusive for the American market and offers the same production capabilities as the Watercut RX.

NSF Certification
NSF certification requires specific materials and manufacturing processes that are not part of the standard production of the Watercut RX model range. The Watercut RXN maintains all the production capabilities while incorporating NSF compliance to meet all the requirements of the U.S. market.
The ON/OFF valve allows the high-pressure jet to start and stop during the program, enabling precise internal cuts — a highly useful feature for creating spectacular decorations.
The pressure can be adjusted between 1500 and 3500 bar directly from the machine’s screen, allowing the cutting power to adapt to delicate products such as sponge cakes or frozen desserts.

The Watercut RXN has a compact size, making it ideal for pastry labs with limited space or for fitting through doors with a width of 70 cm.
Maintenance is carried out from the front of the machine, and cleaning is easy thanks to the built-in internal drain filter.
22″ touchscreen with an intuitive interface for creating and modifying programs, featuring LED indicators that display the machine’s status.
